Doug McCausland is a composer currently based out of Edinburgh, UK while pursuing an MSc in Digital Composition and Performance at the University of Edinburgh. Beginning in the fall of 2018, he will be a doctoral fellow at Stanford University working towards a DMA in Composition. He completed an MM in Composition at Michigan State University and a BM in Composition/Music Theory, Saxophone Performance, and Education at SIUe. He has extensive experience in various music fields including composition, sound design, music technology, music performance, and music education. His works have been performed internationally at numerous conferences and festivals.
